14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

Return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason.

Condition rules

  • Unworn, unaltered, undamaged shoes.

  • All original packaging (shoe box, dust bag, inserts) intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) enclosed.
    Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by emailing [email protected] before you ship.


Non-Returnable Items & Reasons

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale / Non-Returnable”.

  • Custom-made or personalised sizes/colours.

  • Shoes showing wear (creases, scuffs, dirt on soles) or odour.

  • Returns posted without a valid RMA or after the 14-day window.


Buyer-Paid Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked & insured service; refunds cannot be issued for lost, uninsured parcels.

Refunds always return via the original payment channel; rerouting to a different account is not possible.


Step-by-Step Return & Refund Workflow

  1. Request RMA: email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Pack shoes securely in original packaging; write the RMA on the parcel.

  3. Ship with tracking & insurance; email us the tracking number.

  4. Inspection: 1–2 business days after arrival.

  5. Refund issued per Section 5; confirmation email sent. Funds reach you at least 14 days after we process the refund, subject to provider timelines.
